Saturday @ Putrajaya

Woke up by my dad's birds around 10sumting, went on9 and check my mails, all in a sudden, Sausage aka Bernard Mak called up and asked whether wanna eat Pan Mee or not, since that time kinda hungry and hasn't take my break1st yet, of cause joining lar, he said will pick my parlia jie up 1st, then only come over to pick me up, reach my house around 1230pm.

Well, Bernard bring us to one of the Restaurant located at USJ for the our BRUNCH, guess what, the restaurant was the Famous Pan Mee in Klang Valley, and the farking Pan Mee need to wait at least 45minutes, must make order, and wait for 45minutes, well, my Principal was, I don't like to wait for my food, if the food that I order have to wait more than 10minutes, I rather order others foods, seriously, you pay for your food, and you need to wait for it for almost 1 hour, no way man, but this time is an exception lar, since Bernard promised me will bring me there makan 1 day, so just sit there and chit chat with them till our Pan Mee served to us lor, after approx. 45minutes I guess, our mee finally arrived, taste was errmm, not bad, but not very delicious, probably hungry till tongue sense of taste sudah hilang, or maybe I tasted b4 some other places that taste better than this? No idea, but Bernard said it was nice, ahahahaha, after the Pan Mee brunch, Bernard went to Koi Kinrara developer office to sign his Condo Sale And Purchase Agreement, I thought of seeing some chun cum hot chix in the developer's office, but once I reach, I only saw Aunties, OMFG, sibeh the potong steamed, lolz, walked into their show room, the design not bad, but then, the design for master bedroom space is like smaller than the normal guest room, aiya, don't give a damn lar, it's isn't my house anyway, next time mayb jie's interior design can design better than this lor, and the facilities was the awesome, Sauna room, Gym, and Swimming pool, the most attracting stuff was their Sauna room, wuahahaha, I loved to get steamed inside the warm + smoky rooms, all my fats get burnt out, wuahahahaa, enjoy sial, and must pick the time after swim, woah, I tell you, itu panggil "HEAVEN", after Bernard finish signing his SPA, fetched me home, and guess what not more than 5minutes, Neh reached my house and asked me out for a drinks, uh~more busy than a busy man, went to yamchar with him and Kiam at SS2, then head back to home around 530pm, called up to Mr. Jarryl Ee come my house to trim my hair, he said will come in 10minutes, guess what time he reach, 645pm, because his Car flat tyre, after he trimmed my hair, done in 20minutes, around 7pm++ then he was watching astro in my house while I'm bathing, after I bath, he still watching astro.

Around 730pm, Ping Vi came over to pick me for to watch fireworks competition at Putrajaya, that time the fei chai only wanna cabut, asked you to join us don't want, now gotta leave alone lar, and Yes, I went Putrajaya for another time AGAIN, and guess what, me, Ah Chuan, Kok Leong and Ping Vi, 4 of us hasn't take our dinner yet, and we thought Ping Vi will bring us somewhere to makan, mana tau, straight away go putrajaya, man, there got what to eat?shiatz, and he told us that the fireworks start around 7pm, err, 7pm?the skies still farking bright ok?who will so stupid and burst fireworks during that times?From what I know in the Internets that the fireworks start around 10pm, and yeap, 4 of us empty our stomach and wait till 10pm, 8pm reached Putrajaya, tried to look for foods, end up, those RELA blocked the roads to the food court, OMG...stand at the lakeside wait until 10pm, the lake side full with peeps, seriously, from far, you can see the lakeside full with dots dots dots, ahahaha, alright, here's some pix I taken:

After the fireworks session, we'd quickly rush to those petrol station nearby to search for food, lolz, luckily the esso station got ayamas, all of us ordered Ayamas 1/4 chix to cure our hungryness, except Kok Leong, he just bought some bread and leave his stomach half full, because later he wants to eat Pan Mee at Seksyen 17, after our AYAMAS session somewhere on Karak highway, went to Seksyen 17 for supper session, nope, I didn't take anything except for 2 cups of Limau Ice, don't feel like eating supper, kept fit, ahahaha, guess what? Someone sms me asked me to safe her at Bar Flame, Sunway, but didn't make it as the ONE never replied my sms after the puking session inside the toilet, wuahaaaaahaa, was getting ready to rescue her if anything happened, but tarak sms or call or misscall pun, crawed to bed and sleep at 3am. Thats all and The End..

Registering Company??

Well, these year could said that my dad's business is growing bigger and bigger, it's earning from now I could see, unlike the previous years, not to said that don't have business, got business, but hardly to collect back those renovation/construction fees, sometimes even have to fork out his own savings to keep the business going, days by days, my dad's accounts getting lesser and lesser because of his unplanned business, savings all gone to his projects, doing those lost profit business giving him and my family a hard times, I even need to support him using my own salaries and savings, could tell you now, if he didn't ask money from me, and I don't need to bare my own University fees, I guess I can come out my own car already, but somehow, things just couldn't go the way that you wish, a lot of obstacles on my life's, I always blame the god that why I should born in this kinda family, but then, when think back, should I blame the god for this, this is just some test for me man, it's my life's, so just face it, but somehow, it made my savings gone, and because of this financial pressure, pressure till it goes to my xgf there, she felt pressure because of me also, that's why she choose to leaved, but then, it's my problem also lar, can't blame anyone else beside my own, yeap, the way she screwed me up b4 it's true, I still couldn't let go completely as my frenz around told me the same, I should stay cool and not doing anything else to offended her, sorry to her as giving her some much stress b4 this, but then think back previously my family were staying happily, without stress, not much burdens and less pressure from my dad's business, where comes the stress?

My dad, previously was a Sales Marketing Manager, leader of the sales company, refer back to my mom and few of my aunties (my dad's sisters), they said that my dad last time used to be a quite successful man, kept on changed car, count back should have more than 11 cars when he was just 20yrs old, and all purchased with cash, sounds awesome eh? But how come now become so errmm stuck in the middle kind? My mum said that my dad always wish to earn big money, that's why changed his field into construction, my mum also told me that b4 my dad was introduced to my mum x company as a contractor, my dad's reputation was very good in Bangsar's area and some other places as well, one of the Bangsar's street near by Bangsar villages, those houses renovation works was handle by my dad, I went to that places b4 last time when I was errr couldn't remember, probably 5-7years old, the whole streets vendors know my dad's name and said that my dad's works was clean and nice, trustworthy contractor.

But right after introduced to my mom's x company located at Klang 10years back from now, company name was Acma if I'm not mistaken, here start the obstacles, my mom's company playing cheats on those contractors who working on few of the company's projects, kept on delaying the payment, till 7years back if I'm not mistaken, all of the contractor was frustrated and stop working for the company anymore, and how bout those fees that the company owe those contractors? Per year only pay back part of it which it not even more than 10% of the building fees, my mom's x company total owe my dad rm70K and now, 7years later, still owning about rm50k more, and guess what, my dad already not hopping of collecting back all the money from the company, my dad went to the forking company to chase money previous years, even less 50% of the original fees which is rm70 discounted to rm35-40k and asked them to settle it ASAP, so that me, his son can further his studies, been waiting for years, only get to collect back rm7k, looks, it's rm7k not rm70k, how many years should my dad wait to collect back all the fees? My dad did what ever action that he should etc: went to get letter of demand from lawyer, grouped up all the contractors who involved in the projects and do some demonstration outside the fckup company, and even appeared in the news paper few years ago, and guess what, nothing happened, the company declare to wind up, but in the same times get to merged with Government, and we can't do anything bout it anymore, they promised will pay back all the debts to make those contractors calm down and stop doing nonsenses to the company, but till now, every years, my dad only received back rm2k maximum from the fckup company, my dad said, it's better than nothing, but this year, not even a single cent we get from the fckup company, frustrated and my dad already stop chasing them, keep some breath and focus on his others renovation works.

And now, as the business is growing big, and actually if you were my blog reader previously, you should know that now actually my dad was running away from taxes, and all the cheque that he get all was banked into my savings accounts, as the amount getting bigger, I scared sooner or later I might get into trouble, so I decided to ask him to register a company so that I can help him to managed those stuff as I'm taking Business Management now, so can help out abit, he told me that he is actually thinking to do so, but he don't want to register under his name for the sake of getting taxes, he wants to register under my name as the sole proprietor, not those Sdn Bhd, I was like, you damn selfish, you running taxes, how bout me? Should I get taxes in my 21st? My dad said he will settle the taxes for me as if the company earning more than the taxes requirement after deducted all those expenses and wages, alright then, since he said he gonna settle it, no need to worry anymore, so I asked around to check what was the minimum ages in order to registering a company, none of my friends can confirm with me, then, asked 1 of my cousin sis who were working as a auditor, she told me that 18years old is the legal ages, not really feel secure nor trust her, so went for second opinion, targeted my lawyer, he confirmed with me that the legal ages to register a company is 18yrs old, so now, I'm already exceeded the legal ages, what was my second steps?

A Company names is the most important step b4 went for registration, well, my 1st idea was Ng & Ng Renovation & Construction, my aunts commented and said the name damn normal, if wanna make in Nice, should be more creative, then how about Jeff Ng & KhinKo Ng Construction? Bro David aka Neh said that Jeff Ng Construction & Consultant is better, then sis Jeannette said that Consultant shouldn't appeared in a construction firms, it should be in some more professional firms like some consultant firms, yeap, I agreed with her statement, she then given me a name Jeff Ng Renovation & Construction, this make a big different as the name sounds suitable isn't? Discussed with my dad, he said previously I given him a normal name as Ng Construction, lolz, I totally forgotten bout it, he said that already submitted to his client quotation, if wanna change, it would be double works, but I told him that a name is important to the company, should be more serious on it, he said he last time got a company named as Public builders, but never register before, should him used back the name? I went home and discuss with my mom, she said if want also can, as the name was given by the god (my mum was a HARDCORE Prayer) then after that, she came out a lots of funny name as Prosperity Renovation & Construction, Will Build Renovation & Construction and until now still hasn't really get a suitable name beside Jeff Ng Renovation & Construction. without the name, how we going for the next step?Haih, Pening...But then from what I could imagining now, David aka Neh going to register a travel management company, what kind of trasportation also provide, air, land or sea, so if I need lorry or treller, can get from him in the future, woah, sounds great aren't it?But then, 1 more person I could named to earn together was my lovely Sis Jeannette, as a Interior Designer, if my dad's client need some one to design for their renovation works, I could intro my sis to the client as well, woah, this is the win win situation isn't? Man, earn together gether is what I wish, when you can see all your friends around earning in the same time as you, how would you feels?AWESOME!!! Anyway, now just dream bout it, hasn't confirm everything yet, wait till all already confirm, then only think bout it, but for the moment, I still can ask my dad to intro my sis to his client to get some freelance work, then my jie can treat me another Sea Food dinner...wee...

Sunday - 19/8/2007

Woke up around 12pm, Sis Jeannette called me up and inform that she will be coming over to pick me for swimming session around 230pm-3pm, lolz guess what? We went 3places in PJ area, also couldn't get to swim, what a bad day for us, 1st place we went - 3K USJ, swimming pool out of services, can swim but no water to bath after swim, no point still swim there rights?Then head to Kelana Jaya pools, guess what? They were having under 18 swimming competition, both pool were occupied for competition, darn, at last, head to Syabas PJ State, niamakahai...the pool cleaning in progress, what the fark, ended up went to PAN cafe for drinking session.

After drinking session, Jeannette decided to celebrate Sausage aka Bernard's birthday at Yuen Steamboat, Sunway, asked me and Jarryl to join as well, takan we push this free meals rite, went home to change and bath, after that went to pick Jarryl up and head to Yuen Steamboat around 630pm, reach there around 7pm, packed like hell, but then, early on, Jie already made reservation, and guess what, Jie's brother is actually Yuen Steamboat mia boss mia God Son, got discount cum nice table.

Well, woke up aroud 11am, try to log on the internet see whether got problem or not, because around 130am midnite, suddenly internet connection DC, uh, can't log on to internet, troubleshooted my modem and streamyx accounts, result still the same, haih, called up to tmnet, they said certain Klang Valley got problem, try again late evening, what to do, wait for people to call me out for brunch lor, suddenly, Neh called me up and said that he already booked 5 tix to watch Rush Hour 3, which is 1 for me, Jarryl, Poh Yee, Neh himself and Kiam, 12midnite movie, swt -.-'' gotta wait till so late arghh??Ok lor, then suddenly Sis Jeannette called up for lunch, hehe, finally someone find me makan adi, weeee, went makan with jie and sausage around 12pm, companied by mr jarryl ee, after makan, went to mr jarryl house, because sausage wanna cut his hair, and jie also wanna trim her fringe.

After cut hair session, went to rico house for cut lime session, after that, went pyramid to buy myself a new earings, ahahahahahhaa, alright, here's the earing pix:

Thousand Aplogize To The Guy That I've Blogged.

I hereby would like to apologize to the guy that my xgf fall into as I posted his pix on my previous post. Due to some insultiing/offensive words in the post bout the out looks, while posting that, I seriously didn't have any intention to insult or amuse, the purposes to blog about it, is because my fellow friends would like to know who's that attractive guy, so just grabbed the fella picture from my xgf friendster picture album.

And bout my younger sis giving her opinion on the outlooks, is actually my sis personally viewed my xgf friendster profile and found the two picture that I posted previously, the outlooks if compare with mine, mine is better, she didn't have any intention to insult or what eva, I couldn't found any picture of him that without monkey face or better one to post it here, if it's on my xgf friendster album, I will confirm post it here as I don't want some misunderstanding going on, I would still like to keep in touch with my every xgf, not only this current 1, infact, I'd still keep in touch with my previous xgf, because I appreciate the friendship.

The purpose that I posting this apologize post is because that the feed back is kinda insulting, no harms and I get screwed by my xgf because of that post, hopefully she and her friend would accept my apologize, fully deeply from my hearts and I don't want to be hated because of a post on my blog, if you guys found out that the post shows that I'm immature, just go ahead, everyone has their immature side if I'm not mistaken, anyhow, good day peeps.

Will keep you guys posted pretty soon, as kinda tight with my workloads for the moment, sorry for the insulting post.

Well, 2day, really a hectic day for me, 845am, walked to my working booth, switch on my laptop, start work, the most busiest day I had in the month of August, and guess what, I almost screw a lawyer from others firm, alright maybe the pix help u understand more:-

Menara Choy Fock On I saw on the letter, but it's actually FOOK instead of FOCK, so

I replied their letter as Fock On, the lawyer firms staff called me up, informed me that the letter got some typo, asked me to amend it, asked her which to amend, she told me the Financier address supposed to be Menara Choy "FOOK" On, but I typed "FOCK", so I told her that yeap, because the fax copies is not clear, and what I saw was a "C" instead of "O", so I asked her to do me a favour, to amend it using a black ink pen, just to correct the "C" become "O", you guys guess what the fark she told me?she said "Sorry, we can't help you to do the amendment, could you please amend it yourself and send us the fresh copies of the letter undertaking, my lawyer asked you to amend it." I then frustrated and reply her "means, that your boss said that you guys couldn't amend just a single little words for the sake of convenient?" she then replied "No, we can't, my boss said she scared the Financier will reject the letter." I then replied "alright, you can just destroyed the letter, I'll issued a fresh undertaking to you." then I hung up the farking call and guess what did I do, I shouted in the office "What kinda of stupid lawyer firm staff that I speak to, stupid cowed that scared this and that" then my colleague asked me what happened, I showed her the faxed copies of letter and mine, she said "yea lar, the faxed copies not clear oso, 1 words also dowan to help you amend ar?" I then replied "she told me NO WE CAN'T HELP YOU TO AMEND, MY BOSS ASKED YOU TO AMEND THE LETTER." my colleagues asked me to calm down and chill, but think back, I should responsible on it also as the faxed copies not clear, I should called up to the firm and check with them before I issued the letter, but hell, I'm having plenty of files on my table, everyday attend more than 50 calls from my client, where got time to read carefully man, after I amended the fresh copies of the letter, walked in to my lawyer room to let him sign on the letter as I have no authorities to sign on the Undertaking letter, but others letter I can sign myself, so he asked while he signing "why just now you so frustrated?what happen?" I then replied "because of the letter that you're signing now" he then asked "what happen to this letter?"
